1.-How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via phone or at our showroom. You may also place orders via e-mail to aprfinelinens@aol.com Once your order is received, we will e-mail or fax you an estimate and a rental contract.
2. How do I pick up my order?
There are several ways to receive your order. Regular delivery and pick up available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 7 days a week at our showroom. Delivery and pick up service available both during and after regular business hours both incur an additional fee. Please call to get pricing
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non refundable deposit 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time the quote is signed. The remaining balance is to be paid two weeks before the event.
4. How can I obtain a fabric sample?
Fabric swatches are available upon request.
5. Can custom orders be placed?
Yes, we have them. Custom orders require a customer signature and non refundable 50% deposit before the order can be processed. Custom orders may not be cancelled. The remaining balance must be paid once the order is ready.
